“What is an Optician?” We've all heard this question and unfortunately, most of our clients don't have an educated response. We tell our friends, family, and acquaintances what we do, but when you sit down with your clients, do you tell them just how paramount our role in their vision care is? 

With the evolution of online retailers, it’s crucial for our community to educate those around us. By branding Opticianry and yourself, customers will be able to build a relationship of trust and knowledge that will keep them coming back. Let patients know exactly what your title means. Let the community know what differentiates your services from opening a box and wearing glasses they ordered online! The truth is consumers today are constantly bombarded with information and advertising. The job of marketing Opticianry is to make people care in a way that matters to them, not just to you. 

Branding yourself in a way that educates the public on just how critical Opticians are will only nourish your relationship with them.
